Description

At Whalley and Osborne St., the pedestrian walk sign is set to come on automatically during every traffic light cycle causing a major back-up of traffic on both Whalley Ave. and Osborne Street. There are no pedestrians waiting to cross the street. The walk signal turns on automatically. This is an ongoing issue. Is it set to automatic or does the push button need to be repaired? Please fix this problem asap. Pls don't wait for an accident to occur due to drivers speeding thru the red light to avoid the walk signal being out of order.
